OUR PRACTICE

MINA LEVI, DDS

Dr. Mina Levi received her dentistry degree from Sofia Medical University, and did her post-graduate studies in orthodontics at Plovdiv Medical University in Bulgaria. She also studied dentistry at UCLA upon moving to the United States. Dr. Mina Levi was the past president of the Northern California Chapter of the Academy of General Dentistry. She holds a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry and a Master of the American Academy of Clear Aligners. Dr. Mina Levi is a Fellow of the Academy of Dentistry International and a fellow of the International College of Oral Implantologists.

Dr. Mina Levi received advanced training in orthodontics in Germany and in dental implants in the US. She was the first dentist in California to become certified in Zirconia metal-free dental implants in 2008. Dr. Mina Levi’s clinical approach is to be minimally invasive and to preserve as much as possible of the natural tooth structure by following a Biomimetic Approach taught by Dr. Pascal Magne.  She enjoys helping patients reinvent their smiles.

Dr. Mina Levi has been a Platinum Invisalign provider.

Dr. Mina Levi has been running a very successful AACA Dental Study Group in San Francisco dedicated primarily on improving clinical and management skills of general dentists in the Bay Area.

Dr. Mina Levi has been practicing in the area since 2008. In her open time she enjoys hiking, skiing and  macro photography.

HANBIT JOUNG, DMD

Dr. Joung graduated with Bachelors in Science form the University of California, Berkeley. She holds a DMD degree from the University in Mennesota Dental School.

Dr. Joung delivers full range of clinical services from cleanings, exams and fillings through more complex veneer and full mouth reconstruction cases.

Originally from Vancouver  she has been enjoying the Bay Area and spending time with friends.

Dr. Joung is fluent in Korean and likes traveling the world.

BEE  – REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Bee is our progressive registred dental hygienist. Bee is trained to deliver excellent cleaning results not only with traditional dental hygiene approach but also with the recently implemented GBT protocol when eliminating pathological bacteria from the mouth. She is originally from China and enjoys traveling and tasting new menues throuout the Bay Area.

JORDAN – REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT

Holding over 10 years of experience as a dental assistant, Jordan joined California Dental Innovations  in 2018. He’s energized by keeping up to date with the latest changes in the practice of dentistry. Currently Jordan is participating in a dental program at the University of the Pacific Dental School to become certified as a RDA with  Extended Functions. Born in San Francisco, Jordan remembers when Muni fare was only 35 cents. When not at work, he splits his time between entertaining his young daughter, watching movies, and following baseball.

MAHBOD – DENTAL ASSISTANT

Mahbod is helping patients achieve good oral health. She is a foreign trained dentist and  likes being part of the care team at California Dental Innovations. Mahbod  enjoys music and dancing, traveling with friends and exploring the world.

BEVERLY – PATIENT COORDINATOR

Beverly is our patient and treatment coordinator. She works hand in hand with our clinical team to make every step of your dental care as easy as possible. Her open time she spends with her kids exploring the city and enjoying the SF Symphony.

FIA – INSURANCE SPECIALIST

Fia has been exremely helpfl with hecking and coordinating insurance benefits and eligibility. She is from the East Bay and enjoys spending times with friends and watching her favorite TV shows.
